I love capturing all ages and stages.

Let’s be real. Having someone take photos of you is not the always the most comfortable position to be in. My approach to photographing people is helping make you comfortable enough to focus on connecting with your loved ones. At the end of the day, capturing genuine connection and joy between people is what makes the most beautiful and meaningful photos. I love working outdoors and capturing the environment around us. I also think it helps us to relax and take in the moment that surrounds us.

Maternity.

The most magical time to capture. A pregnant Mumma, while she may not always feel it, carries a beauty like no other. New life is a miracle. Maternity shoots are an incredible opportunity to capture the journey of what is, and what is yet to come.

I have a handful of client wardrobe dresses available for Mumma’s that are loose and relaxed fitting.

Newborn.

The teeny tiny toes, the little noises and all the newborn snuggles are some of my favourite things ever. This season of life is one that I feel goes particularly quick. Pausing and capturing a moment of time that is incredibly fleeting is something you will never regret. Our babies change so much and so quickly, which is what makes these shoots so sacred.

I recommend getting photos within the first 6 weeks, if possible.

Family.

Capturing the dynamics within a family is always so unique. The subtle moments of connection and warmth are something that I LOVE to capture in every family. With every personality and nature, capturing these moments through time is a special way to document for your families growth.

Couples.

Shooting couples has been such a joy. These sessions are often the most flexible. They often turn into an opportunity for fun and silliness, for making memories and for you to build on your connection as a couple. I love the thought of looking back on a shoot and the couple saying “remember when we…” I love the wild, adventurous and endless possibilities there are in photographing a couple. One of my favourite shoots to date was with a couple where we chased the last bit of light to make it to a mountain top location. It was spontaneous and boy did it pay off!
